How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it within 1–2 business days.

What happens if my package is undeliverable to my address?

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, etc.), we will contact you via email. You may be responsible for the reshipping cost. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address entry. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.

International shipping may take 7–21 business days depending on location, customs, and carrier. Please note: customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties. Tracking updates may take longer due to third-party carriers and customs processes.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after your order is placed. However, we will attempt to accommodate any requests made on the same day the order is placed.

• If your order has already shipped, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

• If cancellation is approved before shipping, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
